If you do not find the size of mounting frames you need among the proposed standard options, please contact our managers to calculate the frame of individual design.
Mounting frames are used to house HTM transit modules sealed with a press block.
Frames are made of 6 mm thick angle and strip steel. Then they undergo a galvanizing process.
Frames are made single and multi-section. The arrangement of the sections can be longitudinal in one row, vertical in one column, or combined multi-section variant. Modular sections are separated from each other by an 8 mm thick steel partition. When properly installed, frame designs provide the stated high level of fire and explosion safety of the premises.
The frame is mounted directly in any partition, slab, having a flat surface through which you want to spend cables and pipes, in a pre-prepared hole of rectangular shape according to specific dimensions. The frame is attached to the partition by anchoring or bolting through the holes in the frame. Can be fixed by welding.
