Assembly of modular htm transits in round frames

Install the mounting frame HTM-RMK in the installation opening and clean off dirt and dust. 

Apply lubricant HTM-SM to the inner surfaces of the round mounting frame.

Prepare a press-block HTM-PBK that matches the inner diameter of the round frame. Lubricate the external surfaces of the press-block. Insert it into the round frame.

Loosen the fastening of the front covers of the HTM-PBK press-block using a tool, spread the front metall covers to the sides until they stop.

Apply lubricant HTM-SM to the inner surfaces of the press-block HTM-PBK.

Pass all cables through the press-block HTM-PBM, measure their diameter to select the appropriate inserts of transit modules.

Thoroughly lubricate the outer surfaces of the modules and matched inserts (Mount the plug modules together with the core).

Place HTM modules according to the installation plan.

Return the front metall covers to their original positions (slide them tightly toward the center) and secure them with a tool. After assembly is complete, remove excess lubricant, and check the immobility of the cables in the transit modules.
