Assembly of single cable or pipe HTM transit in round frame

Install the mounting frame HTM-RMK in the installation opening and clean off dirt and dust. 

Apply lubricant HTM-SM to the inner surfaces of the round mounting frame.

Prepare a press-block HTM-VO that matches the inner diameter of the round frame. Lubricate the external and internal surfaces of the press-block. Insert it into the round frame.

If the use of sealing inserts is necessary, choose the insert that matches the diameter of the cable or pipe. Apply lubricant to all surfaces of the insert and install it into the press-block.

Loosen the fastening of the front covers of the press block using a tool.

Check the cable/pipe diameter. Lubricate the part of cable/pipe to be crimped with HTM-SM lubricant. Pass the cable/pipe through the press-block HTM-VO.

Repeat steps 3-5 for the second half of the press-block.

Visually inspect for gaps between the sealing elements of the single cable/pipe transit. If any gaps are found, reinstall these elements.

Tighten the press-block screws, turning them alternately in a crisscross pattern until the press block is fully sealed. After assembly is complete, remove excess lubricant and check the immobility of cable/pipe.
