Install the mounting frame HTM-RMTS R in the installation opening and clean off dirt and dust. Apply lubricant HTM-SM to the inner surfaces of the frame, and thoroughly lubricate all corners.
Assembly of HTM transits in HTM-RMTS R frames with press block HTM-PBM
1
2
Route all first-row cables through the frame section. Select HTM modules according to the installation plan, and select inserts according to the cable diameter.
3
Thoroughly lubricate the outer surfaces of the modules and matched inserts (Mount the plug modules together with the core).
4
Fill the sections of the mounting frame with transit modules with cables passing through them, separating adjacent horizontal rows of modules with base plates HTM-OP .At the edges of the first row, install the corner plug modules HTM-R.
5
An NTM-OPF fixing base plate is placed under the last row of modules from the press-block. The fixing base plate bolts must be loosened. An HTM-OP base plate is placed above the last row of modules from the press block.
6
Compress all components with the jack HTM-DMU or HTM-DM, and fix with the fixing base plate bolts HTM-OPF. Start laying the top row of modules (above the press-block).
7
Bring the HTM-PBM press-block into the mounting position (the distance from the press block body to the bolt head should be 8 to 11 mm). Lubricate the internal and external surfaces of the press block with HTM-SM lubricant. Orient the press-block according to the markings: "FRAME OR MODULES THIS SIDE" and "STAYPLATE THIS SIDE"
8
Insert the press block between the base plate and the upper-row modules such that the projection on its underside falls between the stiffening ribs of the base plate, and the modules are seated in the groove of the upper portion of the press block. Tighten the bolts alternately in a clockwise direction, giving each bolt 2–3 turns at a time, without tightening to the stop.
9
Loosen the HTM-OPF bolts one by one to evenly distribute the sealed components. Tighten the press block bolts (no more than 20 Nm). Remove excess lubricant, and check the immobility of the cables in the transit modules.
