The HTM-PB EMC press block is used to fix and seal transit modules and cables in the mounting frame, thus providing unsurpassed fire resistance, vibration resistance and tightness of the entire system.

The HTM-PB EMC press block is specially produced for frames with a sealing section width. Thanks to this, the HTM® cable penetration system can offer the customer the most flexible application possibilities.
For example, when using HTM-PB60 press blocks the minimum number of installed transit modules HTM20/3-12 in the frame HTM-RM10u.1x1 is 9 pieces, and when using a customized frame HTM-RM06u.1x1 (sealing section dimensions WхH = 60 mm*60 mm) - only 3 pieces.
All HTM-PB EMC press blocks are made of a special non-flammable elastomer reinforced with embedded steel elements to create structural rigidity, smooth and even sliding of HTM® cable penetration components during installation.
HTM-PB EMC press block material is PV0 elastomer, non-flammable, nontoxic, self extinguishing, low-smoke in melting, has a working temperature range from -60 °C to + 200 °C, resistant to water, steam, ozone, chemically active substances, safe for the environment and human health.
For easy installation and sealing of components, the HTM-PB EMC press block is equipped with an 8 mm allen key.
