You can speed up and simplify the installation process of HTM® cable penetrations by using optional accessories. One of them is the HTM-PU clamping device.
The HTM-PU clamping device consists of two metal platforms connected to each other by a telescopic mechanism with a double-sided thread. It is designed to simplify the installation of the HTM-PB press block by pre-sealing the modules inside the mounting frame.
Operating principle:
With the help of double-sided threading, the telescopic mechanism extends the clamping device platforms by 50 mm
The upper platform of the clamping device rests on top of the mounting frame, the lower platform rests on the support plate limiting the last row of modules
The maximum stroke of the telescopic mechanism is 26 mm
This ensures pre-compression of the modules, which facilitates further installation of the HTM-PB press unit.
